What does a day in the life of a senior technical project manager look like?
Not to sound cliche, but no day is really the same. You're doing similar things, but you're always managing different issues.
My day consists of a lot of meetings, so I'm talking to people often. The other half of my time is spent on project communications, project strategy, triaging issues, and making sure I have the resources I need. This ensures what needs to get done, gets done.
So, it's a lot of talking to people and managing issues and solving problems.
