What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
Honestly, handling people is the biggest challenge because you never know who you're going to work with. You don't know what they're like, and you have to manage and work with difficult people sometimes.
You don't really have a choice, as is the case in life. So, I think that's probably the hardest part of my job.
It's also sometimes the most rewarding when you get it right, but it's definitely the hardest.
