What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?

I'm not really sure. I think a lot of it was just the day-to-day stuff, specifically on tour. That's where I definitely knew I could do it, but I was a little out of my wheelhouse.

I had never really done that kind of stage production before. It was a lot about learning to deal with different people in different environments. It sounds silly to say, but you kind of assume you'd have to do that, but every city and every place is really different.

Knowing how to be adaptable is key. I can totally do that, but I wasn't entirely ready for it. I hadn't toured yet and hadn't experienced that.

It wasn't necessarily about learning how to do it, but that was the biggest shock to me.
