How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I think they have to be pretty outgoing and communicative. You need a certain level of confidence, especially when entering a new environment.
For me, it was a bit hard at first because I'm young and a woman, and that presented some struggles. So, you have to be able to assert yourself.
You need to know how to communicate and what you want to say. You also need the confidence to do it.
This is really important because everyone might have a big outgoing personality. You either match that personality when you enter the room, or you'll get swallowed up.
