I think the ability to communicate effectively and quickly requires you to be very detail-oriented. That's something I struggle with.
We have to be very detail-oriented and very on top of triple-checking all of our stuff, including timelines. Being very organized is also crucial.
It's like there are a lot of moving parts constantly, so it's just making sure you have lists and things like that. But also being very organized and communicative.
And, like, just pleasant, because it's very people-facing. Whether you're working with a venue, communicating with a guest, or over email, it's just about being very aware of those types of things.
