What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
For me, being detail-oriented is probably something I struggle with. I'm a very big picture person, and I thrive in that kind of thinking.
Giving the nitty-gritty, especially with some of the social media work we do, requires catching little mistakes. So, I really had to train myself to be more detail-oriented.
I had to slow down and comb through everything, becoming hyper-organized. I kind of just free-willed my way through college and school. This is the first time I've had to be much more on top of things.
