How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

We're in the technology and semiconductor industry. I think it's really about the type of person you are, not necessarily the industry that you're in.

The industry isn't as critical as who you are as a person and how you show up in the work that you do. That's what's most important, because then you can deliver on any goals and achieve them.

It's about being an individual who is consistent and has high expectations of themselves, and then delivers on that. The most important thing is delivering on those high expectations and getting the job done.

Having a positive attitude, a positive mindset, and a growth mindset is crucial. It's about saying, "Whatever it is, I will learn. I will adapt. I'm agile. I want to grow. I want to evolve."

You ask, "How can I go and learn whatever it is I need to learn so that I can go and deliver on X?" I think having that agile and positive mindset, combined with hard work, means the sky's the limit.
