What skills are most important for a job like yours?

Drive and self-motivation are really important. There are many different tools and concepts in digital analytics that you can learn.

You need to have that self-motivation to continue learning. We have a saying at my company: "grow tall and wide." Grow tall by going deep and becoming an expert in one or two tools and concepts.

Then, have the drive to grow wide and learn a bunch of other concepts, even if you're not an expert in everything. Become an expert in a few things, but also branch out and learn many others. The more you learn, the more flexible and the more opportunities you'll have to help your clients and coworkers, and to really make an impact.
