What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love that I can actually have tangible help with other people. I'm giving help, and I can see the tangible results.
I can see I'm helping my clients and the company, but I'm also helping the actual people who are using the website. When I see that recommendations we've made helped improve things for end users, that really shows me the value I bring to my client and everyone using websites. That's something that makes me feel happy and passionate about the work I do.
I also really enjoy that I get to work with complex challenges and a wide variety of clients. I have clients in completely different industries, from government to retail to insurance to nonprofits. Working with a wide variety of clients is really fun and allows me to take on a whole bunch of different challenges, different tools, and different things. It makes it really fun and interesting.
