What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

The thing I enjoy most is actually the problem-solving part. Some issues are very minor, but there are always some things that you work on that are either very complicated problems or just super interesting.

These are often cross-functional issues where you deal with different teams. Part of what I enjoy in my job is that, because we are such a large bank and deal with data from different domains, we get to work with different people across different functions.

I would say almost every other month, I'm talking to someone new, learning something new, and engaging with them. Talking to them gives me clues to figure out how to [unclear].
