What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I really like the fact that I am working with people on my team and helping them become their better selves every day. I would say that's my biggest gratification, every time at work someone says, "Oh, thank you so much. This helped me a lot."
I think this is the best part of my job and my work. And then, of course, every time we have investors who are very happy with us or with our service, that makes me really happy. That's one of the things I love.
And then, of course, being in business development, you have to love talking to people, getting to know them, and being interested in them. So that's definitely another thing that I really, really love about my job.
