What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
Getting to know people, I've learned about different perspectives, personalities, backgrounds, and life experiences. I also really enjoy meeting like-minded people and having a team that supports me and brings me excitement.
I really enjoy that about my role. It's forcing me to leave my comfort zone, push myself, and challenge myself to understand other perspectives and take in feedback.
I think feedback is something I actually enjoy now. Before, I did not care. I feel like most people don't really want feedback, even though we say we do.
I actually want feedback because I want to make sure that everything I put out, or anyone puts out, is implementing feedback in order to succeed. This brings authenticity and realness to what you're doing.
