As someone who identifies as a woman in a male-dominated industry, how has that impacted the way you've navigated your career?

I think it's caused me to look outside of my own direct team or even company to find people who are similar to me, doing similar things. This could involve attending networking events or joining real estate clubs.

It's about connecting with other women in their mid-twenties who are competing or working for older men. This dynamic is challenging, and it's hard to find an exact template.

There are very few women in investment sales, especially in senior positions. Being open about this is important.

While it's challenging, if you work hard and find mentor programs or reach out to people, they tend to want to help. Even without direct mentors, you can try to bridge that gap and figure things out.

Ultimately, it's about being adaptable to the situation and figuring it out. If you have the right mindset, you'll be able to overcome those challenges.
