What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
At the end of the day, working really hard and being a nice person are two major things I've learned. I have worked at two companies since graduating from undergrad.
Each role has required a lot of hard work and dedicated time. Showing your passion, work ethic, and ability to get things done has been really important in my career.
This has definitely been a part of me that I've relied heavily on throughout my career path. Not only does the work require hard work, but being dedicated and showing that you'll go the extra mile is crucial.
This includes raising your hand for opportunities outside your scope of work. I think that served me well alongside my day-to-day responsibilities.
So, really trying to find opportunities to help you stand out and show your boss, manager, or company that you're willing to go the extra mile is important. This means putting in hard work to get something done or finding new opportunities for the company.
