Significant Career Lesson From A Customer Experience Program Manager At Foodpanda
Suradis's most significant career lesson is the importance of having "the goal in mind" to guide career choices, suggesting early career experimentation to find the right path, even if it involves "trial errors" and switching directions due to the lower opportunity cost of early career changes. This approach allows for finding "the right part that you can pursue."

What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
One lesson I've learned is that you should have a goal in mind. When you have a goal, you can find the right path to pursue it.
For example, if in the next five years you want to be a product manager, you can start right away. Or, you can gain experience to build the necessary skills and then pursue that path.
However, I know it's sometimes hard to find the right goal for you. I call it "trial and error." You should be comfortable taking risks in the early stages of your career. You can try new things, and if you realize it's not the right path, you can switch.
Early in your career, you don't have many sunk costs. This allows you to change course and find the right path to pursue.
