What does the day in the life of a program manager look like?
Sure. Everything in my role is project-based. I managed three to four projects at a time, which varied in workload.
I started the cycle by pulling metrics and data to see which areas I needed to improve first. Then, I discussed with my team and stakeholders to initiate improvement projects and plan out what we needed to do and the timeline.
I executed that plan by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, data, home, and marketing teams. We drove these improvements and reviewed each milestone based on the plan's schedule.
