What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

What I enjoy most is the flexibility, and the learning opportunities. The flexibility is not only in dictating my own schedule because it's at the mercy of the clients. I'm working when they're working and a little bit afterwards.

As someone who scheduled meetings, I would have some autonomy over when those meetings happened, who was there, things like that. Then also, just the flexibility to learn different things.

For some of the greatest consultants, or people who just have a curiosity about anything, it could be life or technology, finance, what have you. But just having the opportunity to learn with other like-minded people who want to learn or who are hardworking, and learning from them while helping them solve their challenges. That's probably the most enjoyable.
