How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I would say people that thrive have the ability to form strong relationships and bring people together. Partnerships and community are extremely important in the industry that I am in.

Being able to network, strategize, and collaborate well is really key to successful growth within the space that I am in. Forming a community of people who will help you grow, grow alongside you, and also bring other people in to join your community is vital.

Word of mouth has been really great for us. But that all starts with me having these one-on-one talks and relationships with people, adding value to them, hopefully, and growing from there.

Being able to bring people together in a meaningful way and maintain those relationships is really important.
