What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As a founder, my responsibilities cover basically everything. If I'm not handling it or delegating it to someone else, then it's not getting done.
This includes anything from operations, business development, and social media to sales, networking, and tech. All of that falls on me, and on anyone else I bring on to help.
But it all starts with me, and it ends with me.
