What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
The thing I enjoy the most about being a founder is the flexibility that comes with it. You have the flexibility to work when and wherever you want.
You also have the flexibility to grow and start a company that looks and feels the way you want it to. It's all on you to figure out what your company is going to look like, whether that's operationally or culturally.
You have flexibility to create the world you wish to work in. You can take all the things you loved from previous roles and incorporate them, or leave out all the things you hated.
You really have full control over what your day-to-day looks like for the most part, which I really enjoy.
