What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?

I think what set me up for success in my career, which at the time I didn't realize, but looking back, was really helpful, was being a student athlete and also maintaining an internship during the school year. I took on a lot of responsibility and had to really work on my time management, organization, flexibility, and discipline. These are all skills that I believe you need to be a founder, and I really honed them when I was an undergrad.

I'm grateful that, even though it was hard and tiring, I succeeded in completing it all and survived. I think it only serves me well now.

So, I would always recommend, even if you're not an athlete in school, get involved. Work, intern, join clubs, play intramural sports, or participate in other activities. Fill your time and really practice time management and commitment, and hone that work ethic. I think it will only help you moving forward.
