Significant Career Lesson From a Customer Service Associate Manager at Wells Fargo
Stephen's most significant career lesson is "viewing everything as an opportunity," finding value in every experience, from job interviews to work assignments, to maximize learning and growth. This positive approach, the interviewee stated, differentiates between simply completing tasks and truly benefiting from each interaction.

What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
One lesson that I think is important and significant for me is just viewing everything as an opportunity. So any job interview, any time spent working somewhere, you are guaranteed to learn something from it and learn something from that interaction.
It may help you later on. Focusing on that and approaching those different things with positivity versus something you have to do or something you aren't interested in but are doing anyway.
I think that can be the difference between really getting something out of the experience versus maybe not taking full advantage. So just viewing everything as an opportunity.
