What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
One thing I enjoy most is seeing a team member have a breakthrough. This happens when they formerly didn't understand something or struggled with it. Being able to figure it out and then implement it in their regular work procedures is very rewarding.
The department I work in is typically one where many people have their first job at Wells Fargo. They may go on to do other things within the company. Seeing people excited about figuring something out is something I really enjoy.
Another thing, kind of connected to that, is seeing team members help each other. Most people on my team are individual contributors, responsible for their own jobs. However, I enjoy seeing people take time to explain a procedure to someone who didn't know it before.
It's also great when they can phrase things in a way that really connects with a customer on the phone. I always like seeing people help each other like that.
