What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

My biggest challenge, I think, is still one of the things I like about it: just the adaptiveness and knowing that things can change at any moment. Part of that is managing people.

You try to predict how people will react to certain things or how they'll handle a change in the department, but it's not something you can always predict. So, being able to act quickly and always stay in contact with someone allows you to try to resolve a situation. This helps keep someone motivated and interested in what they're doing.
