What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy most is truly bringing the incredible things our product and engineering teams build to life with our customers. A lot of what I have launched in my career takes years to build.
When we think about SaaS companies or even hardware companies, it takes months of research to ensure product-market fit. On top of that, the actual build of the hardware or software takes years, and quarters of customer research and feedback. There are bugs and development delays.
So, to take all of that passion that our customers need and bring it to market, and actually see it come to life, and see our customers use, love, and buy it—that's one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
