What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I would say, again, just the fact that it's never boring. There's always something to learn, and you meet so many people. Even the clients and their stories are invigorating.

It's amazing when you settle a case for a client. You get that instant gratification when they hear, "Hey, your case is done. This is what we did."

The fact that we get to help so many underrepresented people is significant. This applies not only within the legal field but also to our clients.

Many clients we deal with come from underrepresented communities. I think that's what's fulfilling and what I love about it. You're helping people who don't have a voice or don't know they can pursue certain things, like a lawsuit.

You're helping them address things they thought were normal that their employers were doing to them. I think that's what I love about employment law and law in general. The hard work, the long hours, and the stressful moments you go through are ultimately worth it at the end of every case.

And obviously, the teamwork that goes into getting that client their settlement.
