What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge is learning when to stop working on something. I know I've already spent a lot of time on it, and it looks great, so I should just send it out. I always want to provide the best product, obviously.
I also need to learn when to hit the brakes when it comes to general work. It's both a good and a bad sign when you want to stay late and keep working. It shows you're passionate about what you're doing.
However, it's also about learning to strike an equal balance when it comes to your job.
