What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I enjoy the ability to have my hands or fingers in all different facets of the business. As a single person in the HR function at a small business, my reach is really expansive, which keeps it interesting for me.
I came up through a recruiting background, which was fun and engaging. I enjoyed talking to many different people, but I found myself having very similar conversations repeatedly.
Now, as an HR manager, I have a breadth of responsibility that stretches into every department and function of the business. This is why I came to Precision Construction and wanted to join a smaller business – to have that sort of impact. I want to gain experience growing a company and leading the HR department the way I believe it should be led.
