What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I enjoy being in tech because every day is different and anything can change at any time. This can be the entire world around us or just a small change on your team.

It helps you get comfortable with change very quickly, which is a really great skill to have. Also, there are constantly new skills to be learned, whether you are a technical person or not.

I don't have a technical background, but I'm educating myself about how AI works. At Cisco, we sell networking equipment, so I'm learning the basics of what a firewall is and understanding our security portfolio. You always hear about cybersecurity and its importance.

There's always stuff to learn. There are also driven and go-getter people around you, which is inspiring. It's great to be surrounded by people who are curious, open-minded, and always wanting to learn new things.

I like it because it keeps things interesting and exciting. It naturally pushes you to learn more and expand your skillset, which is cool.
