What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
When I think back about the lessons that have guided me most in my career, being reliable stands out as the most important one. It's about building trust internally with your colleagues and externally with your clients and partners.
Sometimes, it's hard to find that balance, especially when you're new to something or want to say yes to everything. I know that's a trap I've fallen into, wanting to gain as much experience as possible.
But being reliable also means understanding your current workload. It's knowing when to say no to an additional project, or when you might not be the best person for a task without the right mentorship. I've found this approach has really helped me focus my time and build trust with the people I work with, including project managers who bring me onto different projects.
