What is your biggest challenge within your current role?

The biggest challenge in my role is dealing with a lot of ambiguity. If there isn't a clear home for a project or we're unsure about a strategic pivot, it requires being ready to act fast but with conviction.

This means dealing with the ambiguity, making decisions, and supporting leaders, which can be complex. Each day is different, and we might be asked by our CFO for more clarity on why a product should exist. That requires developing a whole case.

I'm not doing all of this myself, of course. It's about partnering with the great people on our team, bringing the right people together, and figuring out what content is needed to tell our story effectively. It's an ever-evolving process.

Another challenge is keeping team morale high. We face tough hurdles as an industry, and it's important to ensure everyone feels we have a common goal. It can get tough, but I still love it.

It's very fast-paced, and it's awesome to see our work represented globally for Microsoft. It's been great.
