What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

Don't limit yourself. If somebody tries to put you in a box that you don't fit, leave. It's going to work in your favor.

Don't burn bridges. I'm very intentional about leaving with grace, no matter what the situation is.

Also, be nice to everybody. You never know who or what you might need from someone, whether that's now or down the road. Again, treat everyone with kindness and respect.

Things are not always going to go in your favor. The work world is intense, but I think that's it.
