What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I get to make a difference. The industry I work in is tech, specifically health tech companies that I consult with. I have a niche for women's health tech companies, and this is a space that is so underserved, underfunded, and overlooked.
There's so much data about women's health that is absolutely insane. For example, women weren't involved in clinical trials until 1993. For the longest time, medicine looked at women's bodies the same way they look at men's bodies, and that makes no sense.
What I enjoy most about this industry is making a difference in a place I'm passionate about. That's how I've been able to operate, carry my skillset and ambition, and figure out how I can make an impact in the world.
