Transcript

What is your biggest challenge in your role?

Getting clients is the thing. Especially when you're doing this on your own, it's a balancing act. Right now, in my career and my business, I have to be everything and everyone all at once.

Not only am I the president and founder, but I'm also my sales team, my marketing team, my finance team, and my customer success team. I'm also the person doing everything.

It's about getting to the point where you want to continue to grow and scale. You have to understand that it's going to take time, intentional energy, and effort. Learning how to balance all of those things in order to grow is also challenging.

This is a long game, not instant gratification, so I'm going to figure it out.
