What is your biggest challenge in your roles?
I would say keeping the 18 balls in the air in real estate, if it's busy season. That means making sure I have enough me-time.
Probably creating systems, particularly since the tech world is changing so fast. Keeping up with technology and leveraging it to help me manage my jobs better.
So, I would say that's my biggest challenge: time management.
