What do you enjoy the most about being in your role?
What I enjoy the most is learning from my team. If there's a skill I want to learn more about, everyone has been super helpful. They'll take a call with me or let me shadow them.
For example, I was trying to help with the dashboard on Power BI, but I'm still new to it. Some people have been very helpful. They shared their screens and showed me step-by-step how to do things.
That's probably the biggest thing I enjoy. Everyone wants to help you. If you want to learn something specific, there's always someone you can lean on.
