Career Path Of An Analyst At Deloitte
Shreya's career path involved an internship at Deloitte in a role very similar to the current analyst position, which included creating client-facing PowerPoint presentations and documentation, and this experience was foreshadowed by the need to "format and make [assignments] look very presentable" in college. Majoring in finance and minoring in data analytics also proved helpful in the work performed.

Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college? Did you have any internships or jobs before your current role?
Before my current role, I interned at Deloitte. It was very similar to what I do now, essentially in the same position. I worked for a different client and on different projects at the time.
For example, I helped them create PowerPoint presentations for the client. This involved documenting our work and applying it to PowerPoints to showcase what the team had accomplished and highlight the different teams working for that client.
In college, my experience also mapped out well with this type of work. When doing assignments, especially larger school projects, you have to format them to look very presentable. This felt very similar to the work I did during my internship.
I majored in finance and minored in data analytics. I feel those two fields have helped with the work I do now.
