What does a day in the life of a founder look like?
My typical day starts with a morning check-in with my team. We go over daily priorities and handle immediate tasks from our customers. That's my morning.
In the afternoon, it's more focus time. I can concentrate on engaging with my customers and managing some sales activity.
A lot of people think it's nine to five, but for me, I work nine to nine. Later in the evening, I usually have another team catch-up. We have a team in Asia, not just in the U.S., so I have to catch up with them to review progress.
Sometimes I have to meet with our current investors to discuss ongoing plans and updates. That's usually my whole day. Sometimes I work during the weekend, but not too much.
