What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge in my current role is that I have to be responsible for everyone. This includes my team, my co-founder, and our customers, as well as investors.
Because I work long hours, especially 12 hours a day, I also have to balance my work life and my personal life. This is really challenging for me. I have to be responsible for every single thing in my life, which is tough. I'm still learning.
