How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
The people who thrive are those who challenge the status quo. If you keep doing the same things over and over, you won't necessarily get better results.
You always have to question how you could do things better. Even quarterly business reviews have become monthly.
The question then becomes, what are you doing to fix things that are not optimal? This is what I believe makes people thrive.
When you do more things, you push your boundaries, meaning you try new things. If you try new things and make the right investments with the right mindset, you'll usually do well.
