What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
Driving growth, to my previous point, I said how to get to the next level. The biggest challenges are that you're always under pressure, and there's always scrutiny on how you're going to achieve that. You have to deliver, otherwise the company doesn't work.
Without delivery, your role is always at risk. A Chief Marketing Officer's role has one of the shortest tenures in the C-suite. It's a must-have, but also the most disposable.
I think that's always a very challenging mix.
