What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

The best part of any recruitment or talent acquisition role is giving people a job. There's literally nothing better than calling a candidate and extending an offer.

I've called people for their first job ever. I've also called people for roles that were a significant step up in income, dramatically changing their lifestyle and impacting their families.

Being able to have that impact on people's lives, simply by doing my job, is the best feeling in the world. I really don't think there's anything better than that.
