What do you enjoy most about your current role?
In my current role, I really enjoy working with a variety of people and the impact I'm having. I'm a huge proponent of driving constant improvement.
I believe that if people took a moment to really listen to each other and communicate better, we could achieve much better outcomes than if we had been separate. I'm a proponent of teams and team building, working towards shared goals.
I get a lot of that in my current role. I've been in a divisional role before where I could give guidance and feedback into a process, but it was on the strategy and front-end side of the business.
So, it felt like I wasn't able to have a direct impact on the businesses, and that's what I really enjoy the most about my current position.
