What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role, my responsibilities primarily include mentoring my team. I help them to better manage projects and analyze customer requirements.
As a small company owner, I am always in sales. I work with identifying new leads and prospects, and converting them to customers.
With that, I eventually create project plans. I then hand those off to my team to deliver once we get started.
