What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
What I enjoy most about being in my role is being able to leverage technology, like this Zoom meeting. Most of my client engagements involve Zoom, Teams, or some other virtual tool.
This allows me the flexibility to work at times that are conducive to having a social life and family time. It's a change from the past, when I would show up at the office at 7:30 AM and stay until 6 or 7 PM, then take work home.
Now, work can be done throughout the day at various times. I really enjoy the flexibility that comes with my role. I also like being able to work more frequently in shorter spurts, as opposed to continuous effort for four or six hours at a time.
