What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?
I don't think anything can prepare you when you enter certain industries. At any point in your career, when you get into or are introduced to a new industry, part of the fun is learning and failing.
I don't think there's anything I would have told a younger Sean that he should have done. I think those experiences built the platform and structure for my success.
