What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
The industry for me is twofold. I've always loved brand and the marketing storytelling side of things.
I think I've struggled when you don't necessarily believe in the thing that you're selling is good and positive. Now I'm in mental health, and we are essentially selling therapy.
The thing I love most is joining those two passions. I'm really passionate about getting people mental health care, and I think that's a really important part of being in a brand role: you have to believe in what you're doing.
Working in this industry as a whole, the most exciting thing is knowing that even when I've had a bad day or a long week, it's meaningful to someone, and we are doing something that is going to help people. So right now, being in mental health is a real winner.
