What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love seeing others grow. I really love seeing people reach that "aha" moment where they realize they can do it and that it will help.
Then, seeing them three weeks later when they report back, "I did what we talked about, and it was great." Everything falling into place, their career progressing, and building stronger relationships.
I love the energy that comes from making a difference for somebody else.
