What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

What I love about being in my industry is the amazing people involved in coaching and consulting. It's inspiring to see so many individuals dedicated to helping others, and I learn so much from them. I gain insights into their techniques and programs by attending conferences, seminars, and sessions to build my own knowledge.

The field of coaching is also constantly evolving. We now have Gen Z entering the workforce in large numbers. In fact, there are more Gen Z individuals in the industry than baby boomers, which is a significant shift from when I started.

This evolution requires new techniques and approaches. I truly enjoy this continuous learning process. It allows me to stay at the cutting edge, learn from colleagues, understand my clients' experiences, and absorb knowledge from industry experts.
