What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
What I love most about being in education is the amazing people. I think it is so important to get to know everyone, whether that's students, teachers, families, administrators, or principals.
Everyone comes into it with such heart and excitement, and there are so many diverse experiences. No day is ever the same, and it's all about continuous learning.
I really love that I get to work with so many people from different backgrounds and cultures. I get to help children explore and figure out who they are, especially at the middle school age.
It is so imperative to have a guiding figure in the classroom to answer questions and help them explore. I'm really proud of being able to connect with people and then work with them to explore how diverse we are.
